In an industry that is often misinterpreted as male-dominated, the Lady Locavores annual event celebrates and elevates the great work that women are doing in the local food movement.

Proceeds from the event support CFM’s educational chef program, which offers at-market and community demos of cooking techniques and ways to use seasonal produce.

*This is open to anyone but geared towards celebrating people who identify as women in a way that is significant to them, regardless of gender assigned at birth. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity or expression.
